Is there a way to sort rules/promo codes by number of times used so we can see which are most successful? Right now, it seems to only be visible once managing/editing specific rules one at a time.

There is currently no way to sort promotional codes based on the number of uses.  I will however pass that on to the dev team for consideration.  I can see how that would be useful.
