We need to change some of our reservations to a different date or time. I have tried the edit button but that seems to only let me change the customers information instead of the date or time. Please help.
Hi Bonnie. To move the booking to another date/time, you need to use the “Move Item/Date” button. This will give you the ability to move the customer to a different date or a completely different tour/option. Just note that if you move the customer to a different option, the pricing will not change. You can find out more details here:
