This allows the partner to receive a discount off of the retail rate but still allows the business to make a margin over the net rate.
For businesses that are offering the tour or activity, a net rate may be sufficient in working with a partner. In this case, contract pricing may not be specifically necessary and can be assumed to be net rate pricing.
