What to do if you can’t find a section of Rezgo

If you can’t find a section or function of Rezgo that you know should be available, there are three things to check.

1. Check to see if the section is enabled under Settings > Customize Layout.

2. Search your Rezgo account if you’re looking for a booking, product, or other piece of user-added information.

3. Check security levels or ask an administrator. Security levels can prevent users from accessing any function or section of the Rezgo admin. Anyone at the administrator or site administrator level for your company’s Rezgo account can check to see whether you have the access you require.
