    Kissimmee Guest Services is a reputable attraction ticket reseller located in Celebration, Florida, with over two decades of experience in the industry since its establishment in 1997. Our portfolio comprises tickets to Walt Disney World, Universal Studios Orlando, SeaWorld Orlando, and a myriad of other notable Central Florida attractions. Our exceptional approach to hospitality and guest services is what sets us apart from other companies in the market. Before Rezgo, our business faced a multitude of challenges that made our operations tedious and time-consuming. One of the most significant hurdles we faced was getting the correct ticket to the guest after purchase. It involved reviewing purchased tickets on our point of sale, going to a separate online ticket portal for the specific theme park, and activating the right ticket before sending it to the guest via email or regular mail. This complicated process was prone to errors, especially with theme parks having over 100 different types of tickets available for purchase. Needless to say, the last thing we wanted was to accidentally activate the wrong ticket and disappoint our guests. Another challenge we faced was pricing the same ticket product differently across different channels. Being a provider of tickets through various platforms such as websites, hotel desks, and others, we needed to adjust prices based on location and platform. This required us to recreate each product with a slightly different name and price it differently, doubling and sometimes tripling our inventory and causing an accounting nightmare. Updating and changing prices were also a nightmare. But our biggest challenge was handling date-based pricing from major theme parks. This meant daily changes in ticket prices based on season, availability, and other factors, which meant manually adjusting prices daily or even hourly. Managing these challenges required a lot of time and effort, and we nearly needed a full-time person to handle them. Although we had systems in place to help with many of these struggles, they were very time consuming and each of them nearly required a full-time person to manage them. Results When we were researching ticketing software, we heard a lot of positive feedback about Rezgo from other people in our industry. We learned that Rezgo had previously worked with another Central Florida ticket reseller, who unfortunately had to pull out of the region due to COVID-19. From the first conversation we had with Rezgo, we knew that this was the company we wanted to work with. They took the time to listen to our struggles and needs and presented us with solutions to address them. While there were a few initial areas where Rezgo fell short of our requirements, they quickly found ways to customize the platform to our needs.     Founded in 1993 by Nancy and Peter Lang, Safari West Wildlife Preserve and African tent camp is one of the most extraordinary and exciting places located in Sonoma County, California. Safari West is a one-of-a-kind resort—accommodating both day guests and overnight visitors- there is no comparable property. We reward our guests with a high-quality wildlife adventure available nowhere else. We are the only wildlife experience in the area and the only preserve in the United States that combines education, tours, research, and overnight lodging near such an inspiring variety of exotic wildlife. There is no comparable property in North America. Before Rezgo, we had to manage our day guests on a beta tour scheduling system which did not have a fully integrated online reservation system with real time rates and availability. We were unable to book and sell our safari tours online. Unable to fully manage our in demand and sought-after tours and activities, we were experiencing reservation errors such as incorrect availability, double bookings, no shows and inaccurate guide scheduling, wrong dates, and uncollected payments. We desperately needed to transform our business and needed a robust tour scheduling software. Results The reason we chose Rezgo was, first and foremost, trust. We weren’t just looking for a vendor that could provide the scheduling and booking software. We were looking for an innovative partner.     Chukka Caribbean Adventures

    Chukka began in 1983 when an idea for a tour was born after visitors were encouraged to enjoy swimming the polo ponies in the warm Caribbean Sea. The combination of the scenic ride along a spectacular coast and a thrilling swim on horseback proved to be a launching pad for the company. Today, Chukka delivers over 750,000 tour experiences annually through roughly 85 tour packages across 15 independent excursion locations in Jamaica, Belize, Dominican Republic, Turks & Caicos and Barbados. Chukka excels at showcasing the natural side of the Caribbean through unique value-added experiences. We however struggled with our booking system. We lacked a proper online presence and had almost close to zero website sales. Inefficiency was the norm as our sales process was quite manual and tedious. Our existing booking system was inconsistent, lacked flexibility and didn’t allow us to connect to the outside world. Our team faced daily frustrations as we were constantly facing system outages, restoration of data, manual updates and delays due technical support. Results Approximately 10 years ago we had reached a peak of challenges and needed to find a partner who could help us to take charge of our booking process with a dynamic system. We went to the market with a RFP and engaged numerous developers but none seemed to have the experience and forward thinking for our industry. After many months we stumbled upon Rezgo’s website, they offered an immediate signup, no hassle and I could test it quickly without having to commit. Within a few hours of signup I recognized that there was definitely a partnership brewing. I reached out to the company and the CEO at the time emailed me back the same day. Now that, I thought, was the right way to begin a relationship that has lasted close to 10 years. Since then, we have built our entire booking process, systems and sales departments around Rezgo, from our now big presence online with direct web sales to dynamic capacity management to reseller connections and API integrations. Rezgo has allowed us to get away from having a Reservations department locked away in a building to having our sales reps having the ability to make a booking, check availability at anytime, anywhere. With COVID-19, we’ve been able to utilize the check-in and electronic waiver features that have greatly improved our paperless environment.
