Rezgo 11: Live Chat, Ticket Pooling, Daily Pricing and more!


What’s new in Rezgo 11

Our team’s been working hard to make your experience better than ever. Here are new tools we’ve released to help your business thrive:

Live Chat

Now it’s easier than ever to get the support you need as you can now get assistance directly through the Rezgo admin interface. The chat icon you’ll see when logged in to your account lets you send a message and be assisted by our in-house support team during regular support hours.

North America (GMT+7) – 9am – 5pm (Monday to Friday)
Europe (GMT) – 9am – 6pm (Monday to Friday)

New Booking Receipt Design

Your customers will now be greeted with a cleaner, more readable layout when viewing their booking receipts and order summaries.

Ticket Pools

You can now create ticket pools to automatically assign third-party ticket IDs to bookings of specific inventory options. This is only applicable if you work with large batches of predetermined ticket numbers, so talk to our Customer Success team if you think ticket pools may be useful for your business.

Daily Pricing

Do you have prices that change by day? If you or your suppliers offer inventory with daily pricing, you can now upload a daily pricing sheet to automatically provide your customers with the right pricing for the day they book.

Early Access to Resource Management

Rezgo will soon be introducing a flexible Resource Management system that will allow you to control your availability, staff, vehicles, rentals and much more. If you’d like early access, contact our Customer Success team to talk about whether Resource Management is right for your business.
