Once a customer notification has been sent, you can check its status to see when it was sent, when it was delivered by our system, and if and when it was opened.

First, navigate to the booking’s detail’s page.

Click Notifications.


Here you can see the email’s status.


From the bookings list

1. Navigate to Bookings in the main menu.

2. Click the action button next to the booking with notifications you want to check.


3. Click Notifications.
