By default, a booking’s owner is set to the user that creates the booking if it’s made through the Point of Sale, or the original administrator if it’s made through the front end.
This may not always be ideal. For example, you may have one user enter another user’s bookings through the back end, or want to assign a booking made through the front end to an agent.
1. Navigate to the edit page of the booking you want to reassign.
2. Click the dropdown list labelled Owner.
3. Select the correct agent or user from the list, or search for them using the search field.
4. Click Save Changes.
