When your company’s Rezgo account receives a message, you can add the sender to your contacts or create booking for the sender.

First, navigate to the message’s details page.

Add contact

1. Click Add.

2. Click OK to confirm the addition.

Add booking

Once the sender is a contact, you can create a booking for them.

1. Click the button next to the sender’s email address.

2. Click Create Booking.

3. Continue the booking process.
