Rezgo 9.4: Pickup Locations, Scheduled Reports, App Integrations and More


Rezgo 9.4 has arrived, and it includes powerful new features to make your job easier. A comprehensive pick-up location system, scheduled reports, and application integrations are just a few of the features we’ve packed into this update.

Pickup Locations

If you provide transportation for your guests, Rezgo’s new Pickup Location system can help. First, you can configure your pickup locations and assign them to inventory. Once that’s done, guests can choose where they’d like to be picked up when they check out, and get the address, pick-up time, details, and even maps and photos–all automatically. You can also select pickup locations when booking through the Rezgo point of sale.

The new Pickup Report accompanies this system, making it easy to give your drivers all the details they’ll need to pick up your guests and get them to their tour or activity on time.

Scheduled Reports

Need to stay on top of your bookings, guests, or numbers on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis? Now you can schedule our most-used reports for recurring email exports.

Receive a manifest every morning, send pick-up lists to your drivers every day, check your upcoming bookings for the week or your past transactions for the month–those are just a few of the ways you can use scheduled reports to make your job easier.

Application Integrations

Rezgo now integrates with a number of popular services so you can more easily keep track of your contacts and bookings. You can now automatically export contacts to MailChimp, Constant Contact, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Quickbooks, Insightly, HubSpot, and Google Contacts. You can also add bookings directly to Google Calendar. It’s quick, simple, and will save you and your business time.
