Rezgo 2021: A Successful Start to a New Era

A new year has arrived, and with it, a chance to reflect on the one that’s just passed. We’ve been fortunate to be able to grow and invest in our team and technology through this challenging time, and we’re so grateful to have you here with us to kick off 2022. 

2021 was a big year for Rezgo, with changes large and small. We welcomed new team members, started some big projects, and got a fresh start with a new website, new branding and a new vision from our CEO

But the changes that we’re most proud of are the ones we made for you, our clients. To help you increase conversions, we improved our white-label booking website and booking flow. We also released support for cart abandonment emails so you can recapture lost sales.

Our most exciting new feature is one you may not have seen quite yet: Resource Management, which allows you to dynamically control availability based on available resources like vehicles or staff. This functionality is still in beta, so reach out to our customer success team to discuss whether it’s right for your business. And if you’re already trying it out, we have more plans to expand this system before it goes live for everyone, so look forward to hearing more about that soon.

Not all our changes are quite so visible. It was a particularly big year for our technology, with substantial updates to our shopping cart and widget, improvements to stability and security, and payment gateway upgrades to support improved security standards like SCA and 3D Secure. The safety of your business and your customers is always our top priority.

Our mission is to help you thrive, so our favorite changes are the ones that make the Rezgo experience more convenient. In 2021, we introduced built-in live chat so you can get more help without ever leaving the system. We’ve also invested in our support, onboarding & customer success teams, so we can be with you on every step of your Rezgo journey.

These efforts earned Rezgo some amazing testimonials this year, as well as two Capterra “Best” badges for Best Ease of Use and Best Value, and a GetApp badge for Best Functionality & Features. We’re thrilled to see the ways our software and support are making life easier for our clients.
