How to require fields in the point of sale

in Settings Tags: General Settings

By default, required fields are only required on front-end bookings. You can also require them for point-of-sale bookings if you want to ensure your staff and agents will enter answers.

To do so, navigate to Settings > General Settings.

1. Locate the Required Fields dropdown in the Point of Sale section.

2. Select Enforce required fields when booking on point of sale in the Required Fields dropdown.
