Welcome to Rezgo 14! With a refreshed user interface for the Rezgo admin and many highly-anticipated changes, this update has something for everyone.

If you’ve been exploring the preview of this update over the past weeks, the wait is over. The preview toggle has been switched off, and Rezgo 14 is live. We’re so grateful to everyone who took the time to test things out and share feedback. Your input helped shape this release, and we couldn’t have done it without you.

So, what’s new in Rezgo 14?

Rezgo Looks Better Than Ever

Rezgo 14 brings a fresh new look to the Rezgo back end. We know that any change in appearance can take a little getting used to, but this update focuses on subtle but impactful improvements to make your experience better than ever. The redesigned interface follows accessibility best practices, works beautifully on mobile, and feels smoother and more intuitive throughout. Best of all, this release lays the foundation for even more powerful improvements in the future.

You’ll find that nearly all of Rezgo’s features are right where you expect them. A few settings have been moved into more intuitive locations, and some pages have been streamlined so the most important details are front and center. These adjustments are about making your day-to-day simpler, clearer, and faster—without disrupting the workflows you rely on.

Because our team is small and hands-on, updating all of our guides, videos, and documentation to reflect the new design will take a little time. We’re working hard on it, and we’ll continue rolling out updated resources as they’re ready. In the meantime, our in-house support team is just a message away if you need help.

Work Faster With Split Pane View

Want to power through your tasks even faster? The new split pane view makes multitasking a breeze. Just click the split pane button in the header, and you’ll have two panes to work with side by side. For example, keep your bookings list open in one pane while making updates to individual bookings in the other. No more jumping back and forth. It’s simple, smooth, and a big time-saver.

Set the Scene With Dark Mode

Whether you’re checking on bookings late at night (no judgment!) or you just prefer a softer screen, Rezgo’s brand-new dark mode has you covered. With a quick toggle, you can switch the Rezgo admin to a sleek dark background with coordinated colors—and flip back to light mode just as easily. You’ll find the toggle right in your user menu at the top-right of the Rezgo admin.

Simplify Your Booking Label Management

For businesses that use a lot of booking labels, managing them just got much easier. Labels are now centralized, so you can edit them directly without digging through your inventory options. Everything’s in one convenient spot, saving you time and clicks.

Edit Templates With Ease

Updating your templates just got a major upgrade. With the new system, you can save changes as you go without publishing, take snapshots to revisit later, restore previous versions, and even compare different versions side by side. Plus, you can preview your updates before they go live, so you can tweak and test until everything looks exactly the way you want.

Surface Your Custom Forms

Need to make sure your team sees key details from your guests? Now you can highlight specific checkbox-type form fields on your Dispatch and Daily Manifest. It’s a simple way to make sure critical information stands out where and when it matters most.

• Itinerary Report: Keep track of what itinerary items have been added to your orders with an easy overview.
• Please note that some account billing features will be limited briefly while we put the final touches on our internal billing upgrade. This only impacts our ability to invoice and charge our clients, so it’s unlikely to affect your workflows, but if you have any concerns, please reach out.
