Rezgo Accessibility Statement
Rezgo is committed to providing an inclusive and accessible online booking experience. We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA as the benchmark for evaluating and improving the accessibility of our guest-facing booking functionality.
Scope
This statement applies to the core Rezgo-hosted booking experience, including the steps used by guests to view availability, select an offering, provide booking information, and complete a reservation.
Accessibility may also be affected by content, branding, configuration, custom code, and third-party services selected or provided by individual Rezgo customers. Customer-operated websites and functionality outside the Rezgo booking experience are not covered by this statement.
Accessibility measures
Accessibility is considered as part of the ongoing design, development, testing, and improvement of the Rezgo booking experience. Our efforts include attention to:
- Logical page structure and content order
- Keyboard navigation and visible keyboard focus
- Descriptive form labels and instructions
- Identification of form errors
- Appropriate text and interface contrast
- Alternative text for platform-controlled images
- Meaningful names for links, buttons, and controls
- Compatibility with commonly used assistive technologies
Ongoing improvements
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Rezgo periodically reviews its guest-facing booking experience, identifies opportunities to enhance accessibility, and incorporates improvements into platform development. We are committed to supporting WCAG 2.2 Level AA and continually strengthening the accessibility of the Rezgo booking experience.
We also continue to review new and updated functionality with accessibility in mind and work to prevent new barriers from being introduced.
Customer-controlled content
Rezgo customers can configure aspects of their booking experience and may provide their own text, images, colours, branding, integrations, and other content. These choices can affect the accessibility of the resulting experience. Customers are responsible for reviewing the accessibility of the content and customizations they control.
Accessibility assistance and feedback
We welcome feedback about the accessibility of the Rezgo booking experience. If you encounter an accessibility barrier, please contact Rezgo Support and include the affected page, a description of the issue, and, where possible, the browser, device, or assistive technology being used.
We will review reported issues and make reasonable efforts to provide assistance and address accessibility barriers within areas controlled by Rezgo.
