Can I pass Rezgo’s booking fees on to my customers? Can I cover them myself?
Yes. Rezgo gives you full flexibility with booking fees. You can pass them on to your customers, or choose to absorb them yourself—it’s completely up to you. Unlike many booking systems that force fees onto guests, Rezgo lets you decide what works best for your business while keeping the process transparent and straightforward.

Are there any hidden costs, like user or booking limits?
No. Rezgo doesn’t hide features or put limits on your accounts based on pricing. You get access to every feature, can add as many users as you need, and take as many bookings as your business generates—no restrictions. There can be some third party fees associated with taking bookings, such as those from third-party integrations like payment gateways, OTAs or text messaging services, but we’ll make those as clear as possible. We also don’t bill for cancellations. When it comes to our pricing, you can expect us to be transparent and reliable. No surprises.

What happens if I exceed my current booking volume? Will my pricing change automatically?
No. Rezgo doesn’t increase your pricing as your booking volume grows. You pay a consistent transaction rate per booking, depending on whether your customers book online or get booked in through the POS, and this doesn’t change no matter how successful your season gets–no tiered plans, no automatic rate jumps, and no surprises.
For businesses with exceptionally high volumes, unusually large bookings, or other unique needs, custom rates may be available. If that fits your situation, our sales team can work with you to find a pricing plan that suits your business model.

Can I try Rezgo with real bookings before committing to a plan?
Yes! Rezgo is completely free to try, with no long-term contracts or commitments required. You can sign up, set up your account, and take test bookings to see how everything works before going live. Booking fees only apply once you start accepting real bookings, and even then, we’re not going to lock you down. You stay in control, and our team is always ready to support you along the way.
