PayTrace provides services that allow merchants to efficiently manage their payment processing so they can focus their attention on succeeding at their own respective businesses. Rezgo integrates with the PayTrace API.  The Rezgo integration allows for direct e-commerce payments through your Rezgo website and Rezgo POS / Back office.

Set-up Credentials

Once your account has been created and approved, you will be able to create the following credentials:

  • UserID
  • Password

By default, your password will expire every 30 days.  To avoid having to reset your password in Rezgo every 30 days, we recommend you contact PayTrace support and ask them to set password expiry to 90 days or longer if possible.  Your integration will fail once your password has expired, so please take note of your password expiry and update your credentials before they expire in Rezgo.

Attach the Gateway to Rezgo

Copy and paste this information into your Rezgo account by following these instructions:

1. Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods in the Rezgo admin interface.

2. Click Use a Payment Gateway under the Accept Credit Cards heading.

3.  Select PayTrace from the list of supported gateways.

4. Enter your Username (1) and Password (2) credentials. Select the credit cards you want to accept (3).

5. Click Attach Account .

If successful, the system will show the following success message:
