Ogone e-Commerce is an international payment platform supported in countries like Belgium, France, Netherlands, Austria, Germany, Luxembourg, Switzerland, and United Kingdom. Ogone accepts a large range of methods of payment, including bank cards and NetBanking systems. Ogone offers merchants a management module, with secure access, where they can manage their transactions and configure their account.  This integration allows your customers to pay directly through your Rezgo site and through the Rezgo POS/Back office booking.

IMPORTANT! The Ingencio (Ogone) gateway uses the Rezgo Order ID but requires that transactions must have a unique order id.  This means that duplicate payments (payments for bookings with the same order ID) are not supported.

Set-up Your Credential


To use the Ingenico / Ogone Payment Gateway with Rezgo we require the following information from your Ingenico / Ogone account:

  • PSP ID (Company ID)
  • API User ID
  • API Password
  • SHA-IN Passphrase

Attach the Gateway to Rezgo

Copy and paste this information into your Rezgo account by following these instructions:

1. Navigate to Settings > Payment Methods in the Rezgo admin interface.

2. Click Use a Payment Gateway under the Accept Credit Cards heading.

3.  Select Ogone from the list of supported gateways.

4. Enter your PSP ID (1), User ID (2), API Password (3) and SHA Key (4) in the spaces provided. Select the credit cards you want to accept (5).

5. Click Attach Account

If successful, the system will show the following success message:
