This package is designed for enterprise tour and activity businesses that have sophisticated inventory management and sales requirements and are looking for a “white glove” on-boarding experience.



If you have an established business, an existing website, a preferred payments relationship, multiple off-line sales channels (like agents and activity desk sales), relationships with Expedia, TripAdvisor, and GetYourGuide, have a complex operation including hotel pick-ups, and need help getting your tours or activities set-up with Rezgo, this “white glove” service package will ensure your business is set up for success.

The Enterprise Starter Package includes:

1. Initial Creation of your tours and activities (up to 100 items/options)

  • Photos (up to 10 each)
  • Text (all required fields)
  • Custom inventory fields (up 10 fields)
  • Pick-up Locations (up to 100 pick-up locations)

2. Set up of availability and pricing rules (up to 50 rules)

3. Users and security

  • Users (up to 100)
  • Security Levels (up to 10 custom security levels)

4. Sales Desks & Price Sheets

  • Configuration of sales desks

6. Template creation

  • Co-branding of your Rezgo white label booking engine.
  • Customize Rezgo styles to match (buttons, calendar, fonts, etc.)

7. Testing Setup

  • Test credit cards
  • Test bookings
  • Create and test specific use cases
  • Test emails, confirmations, cancellations, and pending bookings.

8. Integrate with your website

  • Create a CNAME (if required) – ie. booking.yoursite.name
  • Create a book now button
  • Create buttons and links to specific inventory pages (if required)
  • Integration of the Rezgo booking widget or WordPress plugin

9. Search Engine Optimization (SEO)

  • Basic SEO audit and report (provided by 1Up Digital Marketing)
  • Review text on your website (tour and activity pages only)
  • Review text on your booking engine
  • Submit to Google Search (Google Site Manager account required)
  • Additional digital marketing plans available

10. Training – Staff & Management (up 4 hrs)
