someone has made a booking online however our merchant bank account is not finalised it says payment pending on my dashboard. Should i cancel that payment ?

If you have no way to process the payment then you should cancel the booking.  If however, you can process the payment using a terminal or phone verification, then you can do that and mark the booking as complete.  You can also contact the customer and give them the option to pay when they arrive and hold the credit card information as a guarantee in case of a no show.
