We have tours with different ‘where to meet’ information in the ‘pickup’ inventory field – this information is included in the booking confirmation email but is there a way to include the item’s pickup content as a variable in the custom notifications such as a reminder notification?
If that is not possible, how do I add a web link in the notification template to the item booked so they can click the link and review details?

Pickup information isn’t a variable that can be customized per inventory item/option beyond what is already entered in the pickup section on your Inventory Item, unfortunately, but you can add to or edit the content of your notification emails under Settings > Notifications.
You can also add additional notifications with options such as ‘If it is 7 days before the booked for date’ and you can include information or links to additional information for your guests. These notifications are account wide, though, and not specific to inventory, so sending specific links based on what inventory is booked is not possible, beyond what is already entered in your Inventory Item itself.
