While our team works to bring you new features, we’d like to highlight some of the things you can already do with Rezgo to make things safer and more efficient for you and your guests during this time. If you’re running tours or are planning to resume operations shortly, here are a few ways to reach out to customers and protect each other via social distancing.
Have customers sign waivers on their own devices before arriving. This allows you to manage sanitation on your own devices as well as efficiency at the gate or entrances.
Keep your guests informed. We’ve added new tools to allow you to message all guests on a booking time slot should circumstances for a tour change.
Have alternate tour ideas? We have support for virtual tours by way of Open-Date availability, the sale of physical goods through the Point of Sale, gift card functionality and more.
With our transaction fee model, you don’t pay anything unless you’re also getting paid. You have the space to plan your reopening knowing there won’t be fees until you see bookings coming in.
