What is RezgoConnect?

RezgoConnect is a technology that allows vendors to connect to and sell your products on their own websites or through their own channels. Using RezgoConnect, you can find and partner with a variety of vendors. Once you agree to the vendor’s terms and conditions and set your commission, your products will become available for resale through the vendor’s white label website or various sales channels.

What do I need to do?

To take advantage of RezgoConnect you should:

Load all the products you want to sell through distribution into your Rezgo account. Remember, you don’t have to sell everything through distribution, you can set products as “Do not list in Marketplace” if you only want to sell them through your own channels.
Upload photos of your products and make sure your product descriptions are complete, interesting, and written well (no spelling or grammatical errors).
Complete your About Us information and your Booking Terms and Conditions.
Complete your Supplier Qualifications. This is essential because vendors will review your qualifications before they do business with you. For more information about what you need to prepare, take a look at the Supplier Qualifications section.
Find and connect with vendors that best suit your products. Remember that RezgoConnect works both ways, you can offer your products to vendors, you don’t have to wait for vendors to make offers to sell.

What does it cost?

When bookings are made through RezgoConnect the booking is flagged as having been made through a vendor in your Rezgo Supplier Bookings Manager. Once the customer has paid for the booking, Rezgo issues a voucher to the customer that they use to redeem the tour or activity with you. Once you receive the voucher, you use the Rezgo check-in module to immediately check-in and redeem the voucher. At the end of each calendar month, Rezgo automatically reconciles all vouchers and remits the payment back to you less the vendor’s commission and the 5% Rezgo Distribution Fee. You are not required to submit an invoice, or paper copies of the vouchers, the system will consolidate all payments and vouchers from across all distribution channels automatically and send you one payment. You do not have to accept credit card payments in order to distribute your products through Rezgo Connect.
