We have just completed an update patch for Rezgo. Here is a brief overview of what has been updated: Hidden tour options now appear in Rezgo Pro back-end sales search results Pre-booking on offline sales won’t appear in the incomplete list The number of passengers on reports no longer includes trashed bookings Rezgo.com domain is now used on receipt link from back-end and email instead of Booking-Server.com Offline sales search date has been enhanced We have also added new functionality, you now have the ability to state a price that your tours start at. New Rezgo knowledgebase has the answers you need
The Rezgo.com knowledgebase is now up to date and live. If you have any questions regarding the functionality of Rezgo, please check out the knowledgebase first. We have converted our existing documentation into searchable format using Wordpress. Each knowledgebase article is tagged with keywords and is assigned to a category that corresponds to back-end functionality in the Rezgo.com administration system. Rezgo Update Patch 3.10.1
On Monday July 14th, Rezgo was updated to version 3.10.1. This patch includes: Paypal Changes The PayPal countdown timer has been removed. If a payment is made and PayPal has sent confirmation information, then the booking will be placed in the Payment Received folder. If payment hasn’t been made or PayPal hasn’t sent confirmation information, you can find the booking in the Pending folder. U.S. Merchant Processor for Rezgo Members
After a lot of research, we have finally found a credit card merchant processor in the U.S. that can support “high risk” merchants, specifically travel related companies. The processor, Strategic Merchant Services, is a partner of one of our merchant partners, Credit Card Transactions Inc. We are impressed with the on-line application process and the service has been very responsive. Rezgo.com Free is now Live!
We are really excited to announce that the release on June 9th has now been completed successfully and the new Rezgo.com features are live. The most significant update to Rezgo.com is that the booking engine is FREE for members to use. There is no longer a 30 day trial period or a mandatory subscription plan or per booking fees. Scheduled Rezgo.com Maintenance on June 9th, 2008
On June 9th, Rezgo.com will be undergoing scheduled maintenance including some exciting new features. This scheduled maintenance may cause periodic interruptions to your Rezgo administrative and booking sites between 9:00am and 5:00pm PST. Rezgo is now officially one year old (two years old if you include Beta) and we’re celebrating by giving you Rezgo for free! That’s right, effective June 1st, 2008 Rezgo will be free for all users who want to accept bookings on their own websites using PayPal or other off-line payment methods.
