IMPORTANT: Booking-Server.com domain deletion

For Rezgo members who joined Rezgo prior to July 1, 2007, please note that effective October 1st, 2010, the Booking-Server.com domain will no longer be supported on Rezgo.  Please make sure that you update any links to your tours and tour pages that use a *.booking-server.com url.  When changing your URLs, simply replace “booking-server.com” with “rezgo.com”.

Import Expedia Booking Emails

Are you reselling your tours through Expedia? Do you wish there was an easier way to track your bookings from Expedia?  We have released a feature that will be important for suppliers who receive bookings from Expedia.  You can now forward the email confirmation you get from Expedia directly to a custom email address that you can create within your Rezgo account.  When Expedia booking emails are received by Rezgo, they are imported and added to your bookings.  This lets you manage all your bookings in one place and makes sure your revenue reports and passenger manifests are accurate.  You can find out more about this feature by reading this support article.

New Front End Booking Interface Coming Soon

We are hard at work redesigning the front-end booking interface.  The new front end will have greater stylesheet control and will give you more flexibility in customizing the look and feel of the booking engine to match your own design.  We’re also working on adding more social sharing components.  We are planning on launching the front-end design in beta some time mid September with a go live in October.  This should give you plenty of time to modify your templates to take advantage of the new layout and features.  Stay Tuned!

Facebook Tour Page in Prototype

We’re always looking for ways to make your tours more accessible to your customers.  We have been working on a new feature that would allow you to automatically post your tours from Rezgo directly on a tab on your Facebook fan page.  We are still working out the details but you can see a prototype of the Tour tab on the Kitsap Tours Facebook fan page.  Let us know if you would like to be part of the prototype phase.  We have capacity for a few trial members.

Reviews with TripReviews.com

Do you want to take advantage of customer reviews to increase the credibility of your company? TripReviews is a great alternative to TripAdvisor because it allows you post and show reviews right on your own website.  Add a review widget directly to your website and give your customers the ability to write a review right on your own website.  Take a look at TripReviews.com and see if you are already on the site.
