Print Custom Tickets for Customers with Rezgo

Did you know that tickets are a great reminder of your tour or activity?  Now you can print your own custom tickets to give to your customers.  With the Rezgo Ticketing feature, you can upload your own ticket design, add the fields you want to display, and then print your tickets to Adobe PDF format in two standard ticket sizes.  The ticketing feature is particularly useful if you want to print tickets for pick-up by your customers on site.  Let’s take a look at how you might use Rezgo Ticketing.

Assuming that you have already created your products online using Rezgo, you will issue printable vouchers for your customers that they may or may not print and bring with them on tour.  Each day, you or your staff can print the tickets for the passengers who will be arriving that day using the batch ticket printing feature.  Once printed, you could place them in an accordion file alphabetically.  When the customer arrives, they can proceed to the ticket pick-up window (bypassing the regular ticket line-ups) and you or your staff can give them their custom printed tickets.  The bonus is that a ticket is printed for each passenger, not just a single voucher for the group, which means that everyone gets their own memento of the tour.

If you issue tickets on-site, you can use this feature to take bookings on site and issue tickets at the same time.  As soon as you issue and print the tickets, the bookings associated with the tickets are checked in.  This is a great way to ensure that your bookings are tracked from purchase to issue.
