Transaction Fees & Cancellations

In order to avoid being charged for a booking that is either a test booking or a fake booking, please make sure that you cancel the booking as soon as possible after you find the booking. Rezgo does not know the difference between a real or a fake booking so it is important that you pay attention to your bookings and cancel fake ones when necessary. Bookings that are cancelled during a calendar month will be credited on that month’s invoice. Please take a moment to read the Rezgo Terms of Service regarding cancellations.

How to Use Vouchers

Did you know that you can use your Rezgo vouchers to check-in customers? Many Rezgo members are using vouchers to ensure that customers have paid for their tours. For operators who do not have computer access on-site, it can be difficult to be sure if the voucher that the customer is providing is real or a duplicate. With the mobile check-in functionality, you can enter the unique check-in number on the voucher into the mobile web interface at http://checkin.rezgo.com and the system will immediately tell if the voucher is valid. Printing Vouchers & Receipts

You can now print vouchers and receipts for your customers directly from the back-end bookings interface. It’s easy to create a new booking for a customer and print them a voucher right away. Here’s a quick tutorial:

  1. From the Bookings page, click on the “add new bookings” button.
  2. Use the “Find Inventory Items” search to find available items for your customer.
  3. Choose the tour or activity that you want to book and click the “Book Now” button.
  4. Look for the new booking in the “Incomplete Booking” box and click on it.
  5. Update the customer information and passenger info. (This is mandatory for being able to print the receipt and voucher).
  6. Set the Payment Status as “Received”. This will allow you to print the voucher.
  7. Click on the “Print” link to print the receipt for the customer.
  8. Click on the “Voucher” link to print the voucher for the customer.
