Keep Track of Your Cancellations with Rezgo
The latest release of Rezgo on August 13th, 2009 saw the removal of the booking trash. That’s right, you can no longer trash or delete bookings. Instead, you can cancel the booking and it will be stored in your Cancelled Bookings folder indefinitely. This change ensures that your booking reports are accurate by showing you all bookings regardless of payment status. This is particularly important if you are trying to reduce cancellations. Be sure that when you cancel the booking you include a note about why the booking was canceled. This is handy for tracking the reasons for cancellations.
Note: If you are creating test bookings, be sure to cancel them as soon as possible to avoid being charged. Remember though, that canceling legitimate bookings for the purposes of avoiding Rezgo transaction fees is strictly prohibited and against the Rezgo Terms of Service.
