Rezgo Launches Breakthrough Distribution Platform for Tours & Activities
Rezgo Vendor brings thousands of unique tour and activity products to retail agencies, OTAs, aggregators, and travel websites.
Rezgo.com, an innovative tour and activity booking system, launched Rezgo Vendor at the PhoCusWright 2008 Conference in front of a captivated audience. Rezgo Vendor is a cutting edge B2B distribution platform that allows retail travel agencies, OTAs, aggregators, and even websites like trip planners or travel search engines, to sell exciting tours and activities from around the World.
“We developed a system that is incredibly flexible and allows vendors of many types to choose the products they want to sell, negotiate their own commission or net rate contracts, and deliver the products to their own private label website or through the Rezgo XML API.” said Stephen Joyce, Rezgo’s CEO
“Because Rezgo Vendor is a business to business platform, we can work with online travel agents, destination marketing organizations, aggregators, and even websites like travel communities or blogs.”
Vendors will be able to sign-up for a membership and immediately start connecting with tour and activity suppliers who use the Rezgo Supplier system. Once connected, Vendors can start selling products through a private label website which can be integrated with their own website or they can completely customize the booking process by using the fully enabled Rezgo XML API.
Rezgo Vendor is a value added service that is integrated with the Rezgo Supplier system launched in June 2007. Rezgo Supplier now boasts over seven hundred forty supplier members from ninety countries and close to four thousand five hundred tour and activity products. Rezgo Vendor will be available starting December 1st, 2008.
