The New and Improved Rezgo Layout is Here

We are ready to launch the next evolution of Rezgo! We are polishing up the new Rezgo template, and bringing a whole new level of media to your Rezgo account. We have enhanced all of the Rezgo tour pages to include a photobox, video playback, and geo-tagging with maps!
We have added the ability to add your photos, videos and map location to the back end of Rezgo. Here is a tutorial that demonstrates how to add the new media. We are enhancing the way that your descriptions are displayed. We have added a number of fields that will allow for an enhanced view of your products, as well as ensuring that guests and resellers have all the information they need to book/sell a tour. Here is a short video that will show you how to add text to these new fields.
We are also upgrading the way you access and organize your tours. We will be adding functionality that will allow you to ‘tag’ a tour instead of putting it into a category/folder. This will allow you to group similar tours with tags, which will help you organize and display your products. In order to get ready for tags we have limited picture and description access for the current categories. Expect to see a full implementation of tags in our next release.

This is a free update, however you will eventually need to update your old layout to the new layout in order to take advantage of the new media capabilities. You are able to preview the new layout, and we will give each account time to manually switch over.

Rezgo PRO Billing

Rezgo Pro users are sent monthly receipts for their Pro subscriptions. We have been notified that several of our member have not been receiving their receipt emails. To ensure that you receive your Pro Receipts, follow these steps:
  1. Log in to the back end of your Rezgo account
  2. Click on the setting tab on the top right of the screen
  3. Click on the ‘My Rezgo Account’ button on the left hand side of the screen
  4. On the top right of the ‘Billing Address’ box, click the edit button
  5. Ensure that your ‘Billing Email’ address is correct

If you are still not receiving notifications, you will need to ensure that your email program has not labeled emails from Rezgo as spam.

Updated Support Site

Our support site at http://support.rezgo.com has undergone some amazing changes in the past month. We have been working tirelessly to ensure that our articles are standardized, up to date, and clear to follow. We have also added important forms for you to suggest features, request technical support, and also report a bug. As usual, you can search for articles by keyword, tagcloud, or you can find articles by category.

    This is great stuff, but our tours need to see the date and time on the confirmation form. This is CRITICAL for our company’s tours. When will this feature be added?

    Hi Deb. This info used to be included in the description field. We split that field out to support a bunch of new fields including Pick-up time, locations, etc. We’re working on adding this into the new printable itinerary. We got your support email too so don’t worry, we’ll work to get this in for you as soon as possible. Thanks for you the feedback!
