Loading ...Rezgo is now officially one year old (two years old if you include Beta) and we’re celebrating by giving you Rezgo for free!
That’s right, effective June 1st, 2008 Rezgo will be free for all users who want to accept bookings on their own websites using PayPal or other off-line payment methods. No more monthly subscription fees and no more per booking fees. For more detailed information, please refer to the updated terms of use available on the Rezgo website.
Rezgo PRO Service
We have also added some significant functionality upgrades that are being bundled into the Rezgo PRO service which will be available for $149.95 per month. The PRO service is designed for suppliers who need more robust features and real-time payment processing. The PRO service includes:
- Support for multiple company administrators.
- Ability to set company administrators as in-house booking agents or managers.
- Point of sale interface which allows suppliers to make bookings directly in the back-end.
- Allows booking agents to add line items to bookings on the fly.
- Provides more sophisticated booking and revenue reporting.
- Supports third-party merchant gateways including Paymentech, Authorize.net, Moneris, Ogone, PPI Paymover, and PSIGate.
- Support for custom domain name name support.
- Support for custom integration using XML API.
Rezgo Distribution Service
In addition, we are working with some key distribution partners to make your products available through travel agents, consortia, and website partners around the World. You, as a supplier, will have the ability to choose who you want to partner with and at what commission level. This service is performance based which means you won’t pay a transaction fee until you receive money from the distribution partner.
Community Support
We are keenly aware that a strong member community is important to success of Rezgo. Our web-based support system has been hugely successful and many of you have used the system to submit support tickets and read knowledgebase articles. In order to improve community interaction and to build the member support network, we will be adding a member forum which will be available for all users to share information, tips, and know how. Look for the forum June 1st.
New Rezgo Website
Last, but not least, we have re-designed the Rezgo website with a cleaner, simpler interface. We hope the new website will provide you with the information you need and is easier to navigate. We have also integrated the blog directly into the website in order to ensure updates and notices are made available in a more timely manner.
