Upcoming Release Scheduled for Sept. 5, 2007
We are happy to announce that we will be releasing Rezgo V. 3.4 on Wednesday, September 5th 2007. The expected feature upgrades and changes include the following:
- The availability calendar for your items will no longer show the exact amount of remaining spaces. This works much better with the ‘hide availability’ option.
- Accidental double bookings are prevented by disabling the submit button once pressed.
- Paymentech merchant accounts are now fully supported by Rezgo.
- New dynamic menus are now available on the default Rezgo templates. These menus will show links to the modules you are currently using instead of showing all the modules available in the system.
- A new preview option is available when creating items on the back end. This button will take you directly to the item you have created so you can see how it looks.
- Introducing the Rezgo marketplace. Review and apply to potential resellers to get a jump start on the official Marketplace launch next month! You can apply to resellers through the Marketplace tab on the Home screen.
- Our XML gateway has been greatly enhanced for superior speed. There should be a noticable speed increase on your REZGO site. Look for our XML API coming soon.
- New styles and configurable options for your Rezgo site.
- New Site Importer. Enter the address of your current website and let Rezgo import the HTML and images directly. Set up your REZGO co-branding in just seconds.
* Important note regarding front-end display: The updates have been tested with Rezgo templates and there should be no noticeable display changes if you are using a standard Rezgo template. If you are using a custom template please check your booking website as soon as possible after the update to ensure that your front-end booking site display is not affected. Please note that we cannot guarantee that system updates will not adversely affect front-end end display when using a custom template.
Pricing Updates

In addition to the functionality upgrades and improvements, a new pricing structure will be implemented on September 1st. We have eliminated the tiered subscription plan on top of the module pricing. The new pricing structure now includes the module pricing and is designed to simplify the costing associated with Rezgo. The new pricing is as follows:
Basic Account: $39.95 includes 25 bookings
Small Business: $99.95 includes 100 bookings
Medium Business: $149.95 includes 250 bookings
Large Business: $249.95 includes 500 bookings
Enterprise: $399.95 includes 1000 bookings
Flat fee of $1.00 per booking over your included bookings.

Newsletter and Notification Updates

Starting in September, “System Notifications” and the new “Rezgo - In the Know” Newsletter will be emailed through a dedicated newsletter system instead of directly through the Rezgo system. You will have the option to subscribe or unsubscribe to either of these lists at your discretion, however, we highly recommend that you maintain your subscription to the system notifications so that you are notified of changes that affect your Rezgo account.
In addition, we recommend you check out the Rezgo Blog and the Rezgo Support site on a regular basis so you’ll always know what changes are coming up. The sites are listed below for your convenience:
