Tip - Using the Addressbook to store customer information
Did you know that Rezgo has a complete address book that allows you to store all your customer, employee, and vendor information? Its true. The “Contacts” is completely integrated with both your bookings and with your information requests. When a booking is made on your Rezgo booking website, you can add all the billing address information directly to your Address book. The system is even smart enough to know if the contact is a duplicate. If it is, the system will tell you and won’t add the contact again. Additional features of the address book include the ability to email the contact directly from your Rezgo admin system, downloading your contacts in V card format, and appending notes to contacts.
When you use your Rezgo Address book in combination with the online booking capabilities, you get a powerful all in one solution.
Here is a quick overview of the Address book:
In the Contacts section you can add, edit, delete contacts, email a contact, create a V card file, make a note about the contact, check associated bookings, and export contacts as CSV format file.
To access Contacts, click on the home tab and select

In the left hand frame of the screen you will see Contact Name and Contact Type listed. To view details of a contact, click on the name on the list. You will see Contact Details screen.
Contacts added in the Bookings section and contacts that are tagged to certain bookings will show a list of associated bookings on details screen.
Each booking on the list is a link to Booking Details screen. You can tag bookings in the Bookings section.
