I am very happy to report that the Rezgo updates scheduled for July 7, 2007 were launched without incident and with only five minutes of recorded downtime. We had anticipated that we would require at least one hour of downtime as the database and application patching occurred. The changes took about 34 seconds to implement and after QA testing it was determined that the patching was successful. Thanks to the Rezgo development for doing such a great job in the planning and execution of the patch release.
