Important Changes to Rezgo

Loading ...There have been several updates to Rezgo that will affect the way your products and booking engine will be displayed. Please make sure you check the following when you log into your account and update your products:
1. Rezgo no longer supports sub-categories. All sub-categories are now single categories, which means that if you had three nested sub-categories, you will now have three root level categories but only one will have product. You will need to delete any unnecessary categories in order to avoid confusion on the front-end.
2. If you have categories, your products must be put into a category in order to be viewable. Uncategorized products will not be visible on the front-end. Make sure that all your products belong to a category.
3. If you are using a template layout, please select a new template. Many of the old templates did not support some of the Rezgo booking engine styles and as a result caused display problems. We have created 5 designs each with 3 colour schemes in order to provide you with some variety. We will be adding more templates in the future as well.
4. If you are using a custom design, please make sure that your design has the Rezgo styles in it. Without the Rezgo specific styling, the booking engine may not appear properly.
