New subscription management form

The subscription information form in the Control Panel has been completely redesigned to make it easier to manage your modules and monthly subscription levels. When you add a new module in the middle of the month you have the choice of either paying the upgraded rate at your next subscription renewal or you can pay the “Activate Now” price which is a pro-rated amount. In either case, you will always be presented with your monthly subscription total so you will always know what you’re paying.
