Free vs. Paid Technical Support
During our beta period we found that, like most applications, there is a certain level of technical understanding and knowledge that users need to have in order to use the system. This level of understanding includes knowledge of web browsers, understanding or previous use of web based applications like discussion forums or web based email, understanding of e-commerce concepts, and knowledge of standard Internet transaction best practices.
Given the subscription price of the Booking Server application, we found that we had two choices with regards to support. We could either increase the price of the application in order to provide free technical support or we could provide technical support at a premium for those users who require it. We have decided to provide two levels of technical support for our users. The free technical support will include access to a growing knowledgebase, downloads, and manuals. Premium support will provide users with access to either email support or phone support.
We are providing three support plans:

Gold Plan

- 20 support issues per month via email or phone included
- Discount per incident rate of $40 per support issue for more than 20 issues

*Support services are available during normal business hours of 9am - 5pm Pacific Standard Time, Monday through Friday. 30 Day Trial and Free Limited Accounts are not eligible for support services.
