The contact manager and the bookings comment system have been updated. The enhanced system now allows tour operators to add comments to both contacts and bookings. You can also send the comment directly as an email to the billing contact on the booking or the email address of the contact. The comment is stored in the system and can be viewed in the contact details page or on the bookings detail page.

This is an example of the comment list as viewed on either the booking
or the contact details page. You can click on the Expand to show
all comments or by default only the 3 most recent will be shown. When you
click on the comment, you are presented with a pop-up box with the
complete comment.
