Loading ...Well, after much debate and deliberation, we have updated the customization feature of the Booking Server so that it is easier than ever to co-brand and style your Booking Server account. We have replaced the WYSIWYG editor with a plain text editor, added the WYSIWYG editor to a larger pop-up window, and added pre-designed templates. To try it out: Log into your Booking Server Account. Click on Control Panel. Click on Customize Layout. Click on “Pick Your Template”. Enhanced Customer and Booking Comments
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...The contact manager and the bookings comment system have been updated. The enhanced system now allows tour operators to add comments to both contacts and bookings. You can also send the comment directly as an email to the billing contact on the booking or the email address of the contact. The comment is stored in the system and can be viewed in the contact details page or on the bookings detail page. Co-branding a Challenge for most Tour Operators

When we created the co-branding system we looked at other popular booking engines including Ian.com, World Choice Travel, Viator, Softvoyage, Synopsis and others. Tag your contacts and bookings
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...We have now updated the Bookings and contacts sections of the Booking Server administration to give you the ability to tag specific bookings with contacts from your contact manager. This is particularly useful if you want to assign a group leader, track an agent’s sale, or tag an existing customer to the booking. Once the booking is tagged you can go into your contact list and see what bookings are tagged to each contact. Want to know what trips Jane Smith has been on? Create multiple pricing for the same product
