Loading ...We’ve created first versions of over 20 tutorial videos that have been posted on the Booking Server support site. You can view them by going to the Downloads section of support site and clicking on Video Tutorials. The videos are sorted in categories for convenience. Please note, these are first versions of flash tutorials and, although they demonstrate the functionality, are fairly simplistic. Dedicated Booking Server Support Website

The support system, which is powered with the Kayako Support Suite, includes a knowledge base, downloads, support ticketing system, and a troubleshooter system. The system has only recently been installed and is not yet complete, however, we are working hard to add new articles to the system everyday. Booking Server User Forums

We chose to use Google Groups instead of hosting our own discussion forum in order to take advantage of Google’s advanced searching capabilities. User Manual in Final Draft
(No Ratings Yet) Loading ...The Booking Server User Manual is in final revision and will be available by November 15 for general release. The document is extremely comprehensive and outlines every function in the Booking Server including general administration functions, control panel functions, and module specific features and functionality. Just to give you an idea of the completeness of the manual and the application, the document is 213 pages long and covers over 150 topics.
