Loading ...As promised, we have now completed the updates to the system that allow you to create a new account with the Booking Server and use it indefinately at no cost. That’s right, you can now create your own website with all your product information, tours, accommodations, and more for FREE! Ofcourse, there are features that you only get access to as a premium subscriber, such as all the booking and availability features, but what you do get at no cost is still pretty substantial. Here is a list of features and functions that are included in the free subscription to the Booking Server:
- Free Hosting of your Booking Server website
- Your own Booking Server sub-domain (e.g. yourcompany.booking-server.com)
- Ability to point your own domain name to your FREE website
- Product categories
- Create up to 25 products
- Add detailed descriptions and a photo for your products
- Co-brand your website with your own look and feel
- Free “About us”, “Terms and Conditions”, “Contact Us”, “Destination Guide”, “Currency Converter” pages. (with more in the works)
- Customer contact manager includes: add contacts, edit contact, export contacts to csv and vcard, add notes to contact, and email contacts directly from the site.
To help cover the cost of FREE accounts, all free websites will contain Google Adsense advertising at the top of each page. To upgrade your account at anytime to a paid subscription, click on the “Control Panel” link in the upper right hand side of the admin interface. Then click on the “Account Information” tab in the left frame. Choose your preferred subscription type and the modules that you want to activate and enter in a valid credit card number. As you as you submit this information, your credit card will be charged and your account will be active until the next billing date. To find your next billing date, look in the upper right hand side of the Account information screen.
