Accommodation Inventory interface improvements

The accommodations inventory add and edit forms have been cleaned up considerably. Many of the redundant fields have been removed to make the user interface easier to use. In addition, we have set the “Priced per room” as the default pricing method for accommodations. If you charge per person, per room, uncheck the “Price per room” option and you will be presented with the Adult, Senior, and Child pricing fields.
