Creating Special Tours or Products

We were recently asked if the system will support special tours or products that are hidden from general view but can still be booked online. The answer is “YES!”. To create a special product that can only be viewed directly through a link, go to the product edit view of the product you want to hide and check the “Hide from view:” checkbox. The product will no longer be displayed on your website or in Dealer portals but remains available for booking. Send the link to your product directly to your customer or post it on your website as a “Special” item.
