Using the Contact Manager

The Contact management application is one of the most overlooked features of the Booking Server. The contact manager is actually quite powerful and gives you the ability to store all your customer, vendor and employee contact information in one place. The interface and features are quite simply right now and are modeled after the customer data most commonly entered into accounting programs. There is a quick add feature that lets you add customer information directly from a booking into your contact manager. Look for the “Add to Contact” button. (See below)

Click on the Add to Contacts to copy all the billing passenger contact information directly to your contact maanger.
